Buried my other dog

Sunday A.M., my dog had some kind of a stroke, couldn't use her back legs but a liitle bit. Had her put to sleep Monday morning and buried her next to her sister that I buried back on June 19th. I'll try to post a recent picture.

We had to put down the best dog we ever had after 13 years. She was a Shepard and got hip dysplasia, and could no longer carry her rear quarters. It was a painful day when we had here put down.
I can feel your heart break.

My condolences, my two little sisters went six months apart. I miss them everyday.
 
She had a good home, knew you loved her. That's the best a dog can hope for. Sorry for your loss.
 
I found my big beautiful Red bone dead from bloating one morning. He was such a special buddy, so smart and so funny. I was devastated when I found him dead I just held him and cried, my doctor said it was ok to do that. I have had a dozen pets over the years but Rex Copper King was so special. In the song about Mr. Bogangles, the dog up and died, and after 20 years he still grieves, I know what that's like.
 
Very sorry your friend has gone on her way. We had two and lost one in Jan. His brother gets a little older everyday. I hope you find room for new friends when the time is right. It's the only thing that's helped us in the past. She's a beautiful dog who lived a grand life.

funny how they get into our hearts , Lost my cat of 19 years last year. I got a shepherd pup a coupla months before she died. It helps
 
Sorry for your loss.

Recently my college friend and CPA called me all broke up. He too had to have his dog put down. It was an extremely hot day. Friends knees are bad. He wanted me to dig a grave for his dog. So I stopped what I was doing and used my terramite to dug a 5 ft deep grave. Friend was relieved to get his dog buried.
 
That breaks my heart. Friends just lost their 6 year old American Bulldog. My Border Collie was his best friend. I can't take Rain over cause I know he'll be looking for his buddy Otto and I can't face that. So sorry.
