Hi David,we live in PEI so we�re pretty close to you. Are you hoping to use it for corn this fall? Maybe a frank but respectful phone call explaining the need for delivery might speed things along but I�m guessing likely not. If they can�t get their rear in motion possibly they might consider refunding you what you already paid for delivery and you could arrange the trucking yourself. Try and remain calm with them and avoid threats. They have your money and equipment so there�s nothing you can say at this point to make them move if they just don�t want to. If they say theyd rather just haul it like agreed instead of refunding the hauling than ask them if they will give you a delivery date as your waiting for the equipment. If none of that brings any satisfaction you might want to contact a lawyer to see where you stand.
