That�s not too bad then,if they will at least put a delivery date on it you�d have somewhere to start. I wouldn�t at this point demand a delivery refund. In the mean time it might not hurt to see what it would cost to send someone local to go get it for you. Then you could say to them you know someone heading that way that could get it if they�d be willing to refund you the delivery portion before hand. If they won�t cooperate in the next few weeks it�ll be 2 months by then and I�d be visiting a lawyer if nothing seems to be going to happen.
