They are I would guess twice as heavy as a 494A planter and I think our H Farmall would have had trouble lifting that full with seed and fertilizer. And the boxes are a lot smaller on the 494A and smaller yet on a 494 planter. Never put the farmall on tho as the drawbar was not drilled corectly for the marker controls on the 494 & 494A planters.
