Some of the orchards around me use the 3 point hitch forklifts. I have used one a couple times only. In my opinion, they do the job ok, but are a little slower to use as you are craning your neck to see what you are doing. Certainly easy to mount and dismount on the tractor, and should be cheaper than buying a loader.
