I've replaced the entire pump on my 1085. You need to press the pulley off the old one and on the new one. A shop press is what we used. I've also put kits in but it's more work and not too much different in cost if I recall.
Yes weep hole is the sign of failure. Wobble not good either... next thing you know it will be overheating. Change it now is best. Grant
