I have two ponds, one is an average 12' deep and has aeration, the other is an average of 90' deep 15-17 acres and does not have aeration other than the active digging.
In the smaller pond I installed a Blue Diamond 120 pump this year with three 10" micro disc bubbler heads (900-1,000' air lines). This setup really moves the water even though everyone told me it wouldn't work. I have a pond maintenance firm who visits bi-weekly for vegetation control and I think they can't believe my results.
Your problem will be building enough pressure to overcome the depth. Look into some piston pumps an give it a try.
