Working on a Kuhn GF 502 tedder that one side will not raise using the hydraulics. you can pick up the side be hand and lock okay. the cylinder has been rebuilt. shop said the oil was dirty. Hoses have swap around and still have the same problem on the same side. Have operated the hydraulics with hose off of cylinder and oil flows out the hose great. What could be the problem or what are we doing wrong ???? Thanks for any and all advice.
