NEKS I am wondering about them too. They are apparently in a "non working" position in the pic. I have always wondered about those big Vee rakes burying green hay in the middle since a lot of the time it would not have been turned. Here in the East we have to be careful not to do that or we get mold. I bet that when you have unturned hay in the middle you deploy the middle two wheels to take care of turning it.
