I recently bought a 65 John deere 4020 that has sat for 13 years and we got running today. I have no steering or brakes. Not sure about 3pt. hitch as the cable is set up in the down possition. Any chance it could be something simple? All new. Fluids and filters, the filter housing filled with oil immediately after starting. Is there such a thing as air lock?
