Caster has no effect on tire wear. Caster will only affect steering characteristics. Camber will cause uneven wear to either the inside or outside of the tire depending on whether it is too positive or too negative. Toe in will cause the outside edges to wear more rapidly, but will also cause scalloping type of wear. Toe out will do the same type of wear, except to the inner edges.
