I have a ford Jubilee that I broke and split the bendix starter gear. I got the starter out and ordered a new bendix assemby.
but now I am trying to get the two halves of the broken starter bendix gear out of the bell housing so it does not get thrown around in there. I found out its NOT magnetic so my flexible magnet wont help... but I want to get it out of there....Not bad enough that I have to split the tractor but I want to try to get it out. any tricks im all ears!!!
