That almost reminds me of my first bicycle. Lived in Winfield KS at the time and got a 26 inch bike for Christmas. Only way I could get on was with a cement block or get a running start. I was around 6 or 7 at the time. My parents figured I would grow into it. LOL By the time I had really learned to ride it the seat was scuffed up but I did learn and I bet I picked up a few tons of pop bottle using it. Had the saddle baskets on it. Also sort of reminds me of a mini bike I ha that my dad wanted to ride. I told him watch the throttle because it would stick an if he opened it up to fast it would pop a wheelie.
