I'm not saying there is anything wrong with the milk its just that small dairy farms missed a golden opportunity to do some PR and positive marketing by joining up with the big producers. The needed to put some space between themselves and what is perceived as Industrial farming by many consumers.Its not the squeaky clean stainless steel milking parlors they want to see its the 'contented' cows laying out in the pasture under a shade tree chewing its cud on a Summer day.
