I am new to tractors. Bought a MF 245 with a few hydraulic leaks not too bad. First off I am having a heck of a time finding the m-1127 or equivelent fluid let alone a dealer in California. MY main question is that when I press the rear pto speed lever the fluid sprays out of two galvanized caps in the back. Im certain this has to do with the bulk of the leak unless its suppised to do that... Are the caps supposed to have seals because when I took the caps off, there were none. I tightened them down pretty good and they still spray when the lever is used.
Thank you! My name is Tony and I am new to the site so I apologize if I posted in the wrong place let me know if I need to post in a special Massey Ferguson section or something.
