I've got the same tiller. Purchased mine from a rental yard over 20 years ago (it was abused) . the steering brakes are actually disengagement clutches for each wheel (if you apply both it will roll even in gear) I added the kit on each side to make it wider when I got it, always turn off the fuel when done for the day, Let the carburator run dry when storing, mine still starts by the 2nd good pull after all the years. Very nice tiller
