How accurate do you need to be?
A tablet/ phone app might be 30 feet over time.
A waas device like a hiking gps might be pretty close today, and within 10-15 feet over time.
RTK costs money, but it writhing an inch or so over time, as it uses a stationary point on the ground to zero in.
There are some semi-free public networks that use radio towers to give you a good location, but they seem to need a lot of hands on software use, I wish I understood them better. Here is some old info, I'm sure it has changed.
