My high pressure hydraulic pump (82005017) is getting wore out on my 8260 New Holland. A new pump from NH is only $7,000!!!! Reman pump is over $4K!! I about fell in the floor when they told me the price of it, that's ridiculous. The parts page shows the pump and the internal parts of it are available through New Holland, my question is what would be better, trying to get mine rebuilt or get a new or reman from New Holland?? Also, does anyone know of a source for this pump? I could not believe that its that expensive, if anyone has any advice or knows of a pump source please let me know, the pump is not totally gone but it is getting wore out.
