The UPS driver told us that if he has a package with the PT prefix,he CAN'T leave it here. He said if he was right here in my yard with three packages and one had that code,he couldn't leave it here. He said it happens all the time. With that code they HAVE to go to the post office. UPS drivers hate it. They're unionized and they say it takes drivers off the road by dumping sometimes half their load at the post office instead of having a driver on the road delivering them,.
