A couple years ago, I had put up a CL ad for some stuff I wanted cleaned out. Got a call from a guy about an item in the background of one of the pics. It was the remains of a late 50's? Chevy truck cab. One with 3 rear windows.
Everything had pretty much been gutted from it including the windshield and frame. I thought it was scrap. The guy came to look at it and offered me $100. He was driving an S10. We threw about 10 junk tires in the box for support and set the cab on top. I almost felt bad as he drove away.
