What caused you to replace the carb to begin with? Was it running good then quit altogeather or did it progressively run worse over a period of time? Let's be sure it's fireing before taking the carb apart again. How did you test the ignition? It isn't unusual for an engine to flood when repeatly trying to start with bad spark. Let's try something real simple to see if it's getting spark. Turn fuel off and give it a couple of shots of starting fluid while trying to start. If it doesn't fire on start fluid,you need to look at ignition again. With that out of the way,we can go at it systematicly.
