As I have said it is people in congress and the senate who keep calling guns assault rifles and till they learn to get it right the term will be used incorrectly. Again as I have said the gun is not the problem it is poor education be it in school or those in congress and the senate and those who call for more laws on guns which we do not need. NO LAW will stop or slow down a criminal form using a gun since criminal can/will have gun no matter what. Been proven time and again taking guns from the people only help increase gun crime on the people
