2005 is an LLY, very good motor. My dad did a head gasket job on an LLY the other day. Guy bought it brand new from the dealer, one own, completely stock, he has had 2 sets of injectors put in it, and then the head gasket job. Had 376,000 on it when it was brought in for the head gaskets! Still awesome oil pressure, great compression, ran like it did when was new. Unreal to me that if they are taken care of, they will last a LONG time.
