I won't promise that the LLY will get that good of mileage, but should be close.
I get about 15 empty on my 01 LB7, crewcab / dually empty, but with a loaded trailer I get about 12. However if I take my foot out of it, I can get 13ish.
LLY Should do a little better. I'll ask my boss tomorrow, he has an 04 that pulls an enclosed work trailer every day of the week. Seem to remember him saying he got 13-14 with it, but it is only about a 5000 lb trailer.
