They send you a check to cover the tracks and shipping. They then ask you to pay the shipper. He wants it sent western Union. After you pay, you find out the check they gave was a forgery. it is usually drawn on a know bank account for a bigger company and they catch it several weeks or a month later and your account gets docked. The guy you wire the money to is in Nigeria or some place like that. They also like to play that on folks renting rooms. You will get a reply from "George " who is relocating to your area to work at the hospital. Then "George " has a family emergency, so he is flying to France while his dad is shipping the car to your location. Seen it many times. The Postal inspectors can't touch them since they are doing it from over seas.
