I have been looking for a 85-100 HP MFWD Cab loader tractor. My JD 6400 is now over at the daughter' place. I found a low hour JD 6410 MFWD open station, the boys are keeping it at the farm. Well I have been looking at JD 7410s, JD 6715s, JD 6410s too. I just have not found anything that really jumped out at me.
I have a JD 4450 MFWD that I bought to resale. It is pretty darn clean tractor. I have a fellow that is wanting to trade me his Kubota M100GX MFWD and loader. I would need to kick in some boot but his tractor is a 2014 with only 800 hours on it. It drives real nice and the controls seem pretty good.
Is this going to be about the same as the JD 7210 or JD 6430s???? I see many different models of Kubota tractors So it is confusing to me what is what as far as levels of tractors.
So do any of you fellows own a Kubota M100GX??? I am wanting to mow pastures, hay tractor, bale moving/loading tractor. The bales will be in the 1500-1600 LBS weight class. Will this be enough tractor to handle this type of work.

Some purist I'm sure will disagree to no end with what I will tell you but most of us out here in the real world don't really care do we ? Some of them only bring their noses down out of the air long enough to look down them anyway. If you are like me you are only doing this old tractor stuff because you enjoy it. You
