Ray, I suggest you check out Tigerlights website. There are LED lights that have both high and low beam on the same light. Here is what I think you want:
TL3025 The TL3025 is a High Low Beam uses screwed connection points for installation. Uses original mount and wiring connection, Plug and Play. The low beam is a flood pattern, and the high beam adds a spot pattern. Replaces OEM Part Numbers: AR48723, AR85263, AR85264, AR93335, RE10962, RE10963, RE19081, RE19082
There is also a version of this with wire connections if you wish.

How do they do flood and spot in one bulb? It is how they grind the shape of the lens in front of the appropriate LED.
