when i sell a piece of quip. or a tractor and the buyer gives me a deposit i make it perfectly clear to the buyer he/she has 90 days to come get the item. if after 90 days and i do not hear from buyer the deposit is mine. i has only happened once in 30 years that i kept a deposit. 100 bucks.
