So whats the point in putting money down then if not to "hold" the item until said date agreed upon to finish the transaction.. Only problem I can see with the deal was you didnt say what would happen after the two weeks.. Unfortunatly world is getting complicated and deals spelled out need to be put on paper .."contract".. Ya pain in the neck but still takes away all the if, ands and buts.
Now that being said I would give/send the money back and resale the tractor..
