They actually seem to sell fairly fast. Most factory built trailers can be used and abused for 10 years and then still sell for what they sold for new. I bought a bumper hitch trailer house axle trailer at an auction a few years ago - 16' with ramps for $400 - thought I had made quite the deal. About an hour later a guy walked up to me and asked if I bought the trailer and wanted to know what it would take to buy it from me. I told him $800 - in cash. About 20 minutes later he tracked me down and paid me the $800 in cash. Haven't seen one like it sell for less than $800 since that day - I sold it too cheap.
