Yes they lift up with the disc I usually set the rear chain a little long so the harrow will drag a lot of dirt so so so sometimes the harrow doesn't raise quite high enough to go down the road so I use the leveling crank on the disk to raise the rear of the disk so I can go down the road I have car tires on the disk instead of the 7.50.14 implement tires it should have so with the right tires the disc would lift the harrow far enough to not have to worry about clearance on the road
