A lot of rurally raised now city folk are returning to their roots. Buying 20,40 60 120 acres for small time farming. They also work in town and farm for fun. Their operations may or may not actually make money. But the equipment you have falls into their category of needs. I would think a Saturday or Sunday afternoon auction sale will give you your best crowd. This farming operation plus your rental management and maintenance business uses a lotof time. Your children are now getting started in sports scouts 4-H. Juggling all those things with a crop to put in or get out, with hay to make, which of your child's activities are you going to miss.
