Glad the "stagecoach" is working well for you. I am not their friend because one of my clients was buying a new home they were financing. He was selling his other home and wanted a two week overlap for moving. Everything was approved right up until closing day on the new home. The loan rep showed up at the title company at the time we were supposed to close and told him they were not going to finance the new one until after the old house was sold. Builder of the new home was livid, Client was hot, movers were cancelled. Haven't touched a deal with a "stagecoach" on the paperwork since.
