It is charging.. but.. running the hydraulic motors can pull 100 to 200 amps, more than a 90 amp diesel alternator can charge.
you might be doing too much moving of the blade.
Your hydraulic pump is bad and drawing too much current.
Your alternator is no long able to put out full current..
You have too many lights turned on and are drawing 60 to 70 amps with the snow plow lights, in addition to 20 amps in heater draw, and 200 amps in hydraulic motor draw. So.... your taking more out than the alternator can put in.
Ambulances have a 200 amp alternator option for the additional draw.. maybe you need to up the size of your alternator.
