Just down the road from you, dad wore a coat of many colors. He and his brother across the pasture fence really liked Oliver stuff, but that all went to heck. It appears their dad liked IHC stuff, as those were from my dad's and uncles early days.
Dad traded the Oliver 88 off on a Ford 7700. I still have the IHC H and 300. And the 7700. I got my uncle's Super 77.
Dad got a Ford 960 at a farm sale and I got to drive it as he unloaded it and drove it up,the driveway. Gonna keep that one of course?
Between the 960 and the 7700 I liked the Ford stuff, so added the TW20, the 1720, and the 5200 over the years.
Looking for a big brother to the TW20, but other costs keep coming up, like the tiling again this year you probably saw driving by.
It seems to me, our side of hwy 15 is a lot of Red tractors, and the other side of hwy 15 is a lot of Green tractors.
