Also wondering about something else. Basically what's happening is the electronics in the central vac have fried again, and I'm just going to go without the extra electronics. I have a 120V-24V transformer out of a furnace. Also got a 24V-120V relay. Problem is, is that once the vacuum is running, if you break the 24 volt circuit, it doesn't shut off because I think it's back feeding. I think I need to put some sort of diode in to prevent the motor from back feeding. What's the right thing to use for this?
