If you got real dirty oil I would go buy the cheapest 303 fluid or universal hyd fluid and put that in it and run it a few hours then drain and refill with oil of your choice along with another filter. The cheap oil will cost less than half of Deere oil and will be fine for flushing your tractor. In extreme cases I have drained overnight and added 5-7 gal of diesel fuel and ran a few minutes and drained again. Make sure to check and clean the screen in the bottom of the trans as well. As far as an operaters manual I would check Ebay. If you plan to keep the tractor long term I would also look for a Deere 3000 series service manual. Tom
