I called the seller and told him where I live and that I needed more info before I packed up and left home. I asked him dozens of questions and also if the price was firm. It was. I told him that if what he told me on the phone was true, I would buy it . If not I would be extremely angry with him. He agreed to not sell it until I had a chance to look at it. The date of inspection was firm. After that he could contact any other lookers. I ended up buying it. Sometimes you gotta call to get additional info.
