97k miles? Wow, that's gonna be tough to replace. Best thing though is that you're OK. Still, go through the full process, and know that injuries from such accidents don't always show up right away. Try to keep a journal of how you're feeling, and even note in the journal times of the day that you feel just fine. If anything physiological should happen to come about later, such a journal could help your doctors with the best possible treatment. Hopefully your journal will be very dull reading.
