My father in law had two Massey Ferguson 65 tractors. They both had the two levers. One lever controlled the external hydraulics and the other had to be either forward or back for the lever that controlled the external hyd to work. That was back in the 60s and I don't remember which lever did what. I don't think the 3 point and the external hydraulic would work at the same time. I do remember that they were both great little tractor and I used to chop corn with one on the hills on his farm. Had 2 of those big heavy wheel weights on each rear wheel and a weigh track on the front.
