Our farm was about 35 miles from Frost & Wood plant in Smith Falls, Ontario and when I was very young we had a Frost & Wood grain binder that was originally horse drawn and the pole had been shortened and converted to a tractor hitch. I remember one time Dad took the knotter off the binder and took it the plant in Smith Falls and they completely rebuilt it.
The grain binder had a tool box and an oil can holder under the iron seat.
