Good job. I generally don't have the patience to work on appliances but lately I have sucked it up and taken them apart. One was a circuit board in the dish washer that needed a drop of solder and the other was the ice maker in the refrig. Both repairs were successful. Our dryer is a 20 year old Maytag that keeps plugging along with a new part or two thrown at it every five years or so. Sometimes replacing the part isn't as bad as making the diagnosis. The gas flame wouldn't light sporatically and i didn't know where to begin fixing it so we gave in and called the service man. He diagnosed it as an ignitor going bad. I would not have thought of that. I do have to give thanks to those who take the time to make the youtube appliance diagnostic videos. These guys are saints!
