I dont post on here near as often as I 'read' on here.....always intend to, but never take the time to!
Anyways, Those that dont know me or about me....I am a State of Ohio master electrician, have a electrical contracting company, and farm with my dad on our family farm, roughly 250 acres of hay and corn, 50 +/- in corn, the rest hay. 150 plus a few is owned, the balance rented. 50 head of Black Angus brood cows, and we feed our calves out, primarily marketed as freezer beef. Electrical work wise, we primarily (90%) do ag. work, grain bins, legs, etc. the rest is commercial industrial. I have three full time employees.
At the farm, we have been building a new cattle barn, 60' x176'. Ill post some pics here
Dad, myself and my guys set the posts, put up the headers and had it ready to set trusses. Hired some amish from Indiana to come set the trusses, put on OSB and metal. Dad and I will finish the gutter board, metal on ends of trusses, downspouts, and drainage.
We are getting there, but do have a lot of work left to get done
