Yes, as said replace glow plugs. Kubotas are especially finicky with start up. At least all the ones we have anyway. I call them fair weather engines. Even in the summer time you have to hang on the glow plugs for 15-30 seconds depending what model you have. It's important to keep them up to date, as your starter will work harder and fail sooner.
