This clutch disc has a hub and is splined to the input shaft going back into trans case. With clutch pedal down, I can spin the disc/shaft round and round with a screwdriver real easy...mind you, this is with the tractor in gear. That shaft does not connect to the trans. also, with clutch pedal down and that disc loose, I can turn flywheel/pressure plate assy and it will turn the engine AND rear wheels? The engine and trans are solidly connected all while the clutch pedal is down and that one disc/shaft spins freely. It's as tho there is a small dia shaft inside the large one. By the way, this large splined shaft is probably 2" in dia. Why would this clutch/pressure plate be labeled " Spicer Dual Disc Clutch ?
