Well I can see both sides of the argument. First I think these equipment dealers all are alike... they get your money then it's see ya! They don't know you they don't have any parts and they don't care. I've found the same situation concerning new vehicles.. I realize that it takes time and money to keep inventory but in my opinion it's plain B. S. They are in business to sell equipment...... they need to get with the program.. so to speak. Secondly I think by going in and raising hell is the wrong way to handle the issue. You get more by treating people the way you want to be treated.... and by being a man about the problem and working out an answer.. every buddy is always lawyering up and that's a bad deal for everyone involved financially and time wise.. I hope you get things worked out ... there nothing easy in life.
