The disgruntled buyer of the car (the car with the lost CD) IS being a jerk. I have dealt with people, customers, and also the general public for most of my professional working years. I am amazed at the level of impatience, the rudeness, the demands, and a whole host of other behaviors by those who have never, or minimally had to deal with the public when their job/career was dependent upon their ability to work with others. I suspect this "disgruntled" individual probably has not had the experience of working with the public or others. As I have found, 80 percent of the people you can work with, while 10 percent seem to be difficult, and the last 10 percent make you truly earn your pay and impact you to the point where you will complain about your job.
