That's the correct photo, but it says voltage regulator which I don't believe it is for only a two=terminal device. I measure 1.48 M ohms in one direction and open in the other. Seems high R for a diode. Open from both ARM and BAT to GND. Measurement done with a Fluke 73 III multimeter on Ohms scale. I think that meter uses a 9 Volt battery for the Ohms scale.
