Jim, Thanks. I think I'm on the right track trying to find a leak path that slowly drains the battery. This tractor is wired wrong and I'm correcting it and adding a real regulator in place of this TRANSPOO "piece of junk"
The tractor is an Oliver 70, positive ground, 6 volt system, magneto. (It's a 1936 and owned by Farmamerica)
