You mean the steering arm? Worst case you should be able to get that fabricated, but it's the same from the C on up to the 404, or at least close enough that it'll work. Super C should be easiest to find.
Bates costs more because they disassemble their tractors, sort and catalog the parts. If you can find a pick-a-part style salvage yard where the tractors are out in the weeds the parts prices will be much cheaper. Of course you will have to go there and actually get the part yourself, no convenient online ordering.
